How fast is delivery?
The server checks for new purchases every few seconds. If you're online, your rank usually lands before you've closed the receipt. If you're offline, it's applied the next time you join.
What if I change my Minecraft name?
Update the username above and future deliveries follow it. Ranks you already hold are attached to your account's UUID, so nothing is lost.
How do I cancel a rank?
Open a Store & purchases ticket with the email you paid with. Your rank stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Is my card safe?
Payment is handled entirely by Stripe on Stripe's own checkout page. VizzySMP never sees or stores your card details.
Purchases support the running of VizzySMP and are not refundable once delivered, except where the law says otherwise. Nothing here is required to play — the whole server is playable without spending anything.
