A purchase didn't arrive
Check Purchases awaiting delivery above. If it is climbing, the Folia plugin has stopped polling — restart it, or check its api-key matches the site. If the queue is empty, the delivery already ran: check the player's spelling of their own username.
Someone wants a refund
Refund from the Stripe dashboard. The webhook takes the rank back automatically — do not remove it by hand first, or the two will disagree.
Handling an appeal
Read it, check the punishment log, and answer in the ticket rather than in DMs. Mark it resolved when you're done so it drops off this list.
Something here is broken
Say so in #incidents with what you clicked and what happened. Never paste a token, key or password into chat — not even this one.
Store delivery
Products and prices come from Stripe — add one there and it appears here and on the store. What Stripe does not know is what a purchase should do in game, so type that below. Commands run as the server console, one per line, without a leading slash.
